Children's Message
First and Third Sundays of the month
Children are called forward during the service for a short lesson.
Jr. Church
Second Sunday every month (excluding July and August)
Ages Kindergarten through Sixth Grade invited downstairs during the sermon for a Bible story, crafts, and coloring.
Toddler Room
Every Sunday unless announced
Ages two through pre-Kindergarten are invited to the Toddler Room downstairs to play. Supervision is provided.
Nursery
Every Sunday
A nursery is available at the back of the sanctuary for ages infant to two years old. The nursery is staffed by loving volunteers during the Worship service. If they prefer, parents are also invited to head for the nursery to care for their own babies should they get fussy during the service.
Acolytes
Every Sunday
At the beginning and closing of our morning worship service, children in third through eighth grade serve as acolytes. Training takes place yearly.
Children's Programs
Special Occasions
Musicals and plays are occasionaly performed by the children for Christmas, Easter, or other special events. Readings are done for Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Vacation Bible School
Every Summer
The Community Bible School, usually held at the park, is a chance for children from the community to participate in fun games, crafts, and hear Bible stories.
Children's Festival
Every Spring
For the festival, children from the community are invited for a Saturday filled with crafts, songs, snacks, games, stories, and a special program. For the special program, we hire Christian entertainers such as jugglers, clowns, magicians, and the like. This outreach program is for children ages two years to sixth grade. Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required.
