Vision for the church –
I believe God is calling the McComb UMC to “reaching the community through the LOVE of our family, empowered by Christ.” The “family” is made up of many different families within the church body. We are diverse in age, interests, Bible knowledge, musical taste, and worship preferences but, we agree upon coming together to worship the one true God and serve Him where He is at work, following His calling on our lives. It is this family atmosphere that allows us to share God’s love with each other and with the community.
Room for you –
We are just waiting for you to come and become a part of our family. Don’t worry we won’t start you out with a list of chores. Come and enjoy a setting of comfort and support as well as a place to belong. Check us out during worship or just hang out with us when we are around town. After you meet us, if you feel like serving with us we can get you connected with a ministry that allows you to use the gifts God has blessed you with.
